PRI, a digital agency is looking for a Digital Project Manager to serve as lead consultant and project coordinator for projects. A bridge between our Client Strategy and Creative teams, the Digital Project Manager will handle tasking, day-to-day communication, and run projects from start to finish.

Project/Practice Management

  • Ability to think critically, analyze, and document business problems to assist the project team in defining a project approach that best suits our clients’ needs
  • Creating and managing business requirements and technical specifications, as necessary to define project scope and manage the iterative nature of digital projects
  • Creating and executing project plans, and revising them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Ability to define resource needs, then communicate and collaborate those project needs to other project managers to determine resource assignments across all active projects
  • Ability to identify risks and resolve them pro-actively with consideration for short and long term project impact
  • Managing day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects and scope
  • Carefully reviewing and contributing to deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
  • Ability to document project meetings, including stakeholder or user interviews
  • Ability to facilitate user research using active and passive research methods
  • Manage cross functional team responsible for pilot deliverables

Client Management

  • Managing day-to-day client interaction
  • Setting and managing client expectations
  • Identifying needs and evaluating alternative solutions
  • Building a knowledge base of each client's business, organization, and objectives
  • Seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Ensuring the project team confirms the direction of its approach and delivers on its stated promises
  • Serves as first point of contact for clients with new website/marketing projects as well as websites/projects in maintenance and/or maintenance requests.

Project Accounting

  • Tracking and managing team hours, by project, on a weekly basis
  • Managing project budgets & expenses
  • Working with the PRI General Manager to prepare and distribute client invoices and ensure their timely payment


  • Facilitating team and client meetings
  • Preparing regular status reports and leading status meetings with clients
  • Keeping project teams well-informed
  • Delivering engaging, informative, well-organized presentations as needed
  • Understanding how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
  • Resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion
